Texas Super Lawyers – Rising Stars
Texas Monthly has released the annual list of Texas Rising Stars. Texas Rising Stars are the top attorneys in their respective practice areas, selected by their peers and verified by the attorney-led research staff at Law & Politics.
A process that begins early in the year, more than 35,000 attorneys in Texas were surveyed asking to vote for the best lawyers they had personally observed in action. Each lawyer was given a score based on the number of votes received and the source of those votes.
Having been selected as Rising Stars, Carlos E. Solis and Paul A. Smith, Jr. were reviewed and scored by a blue-ribbon panel of top Texas lawyers. Rising Stars is perceived as a highly credible and reliable resource for consumers.
